This striking photograph by Tania Serket captures a vibrant interplay of light and form. A central spherical object dominates the composition, its interior a mesmerizing swirl of deep blues, light aquamarines, and fiery reds, punctuated by textured, granular elements. Below, a dynamic, striped form in white, red, and green appears as a fluid reflection or translucent element, adding a layer of visual complexity. The shallow depth of field blurs other spherical shapes in the background, creating an ethereal sense of depth and movement within this abstract still life.An associative composition in which the human figure and small everyday objects are combined in one frame using the double exposure method, testing the possibilities of form and color combinations to achieve an evocative expression. Photographed on film, scanned and printed on the highest quality archival paper Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 with a white border for easy framing.
