Sonrisa means Smile in spanish, however it sounds a lot like sunrise in English. This piece depicts a carless sloth, taking his time, enjoying the scenery, and hanging about, seemingly without a care in the world. While delving into my Latin American heritage, I utilized a tired disposable table cloth found at my local Taqueria, utilizing the vibrant floral shapes in the waterproof fabric. Using the art style of Tumbaga gold stampings, I keep pushing the boundaries of these humble materials of Thread, Twine, and Rope. This work is a unique original work of art - Textile Art by Richard Harding (United States), Textile fiber on Wood. Its dimensions are 61x96.5 cm. The artist's signature is present on the artwork. This artwork is part of the gallery La Selva Amazónica. Materials: Wood · Original Listing: $1,357
